Team Management: Rotas, Performance Reviews and the Workplace
Rotas and attendance, performance reviews, respect at work, confidentiality, staff areas and a colleague's departure.
- Price
- From €399 per leader per day
- Duration
- Agreed with the hotel
The programme is designed for those who lead a team: heads of department, shift leads, HR and general managers. It works on building a fair rota, with breaks and rest periods respected, and on handling swaps, leave, absence and overtime. It covers the performance review, with two documented strengths and one agreed goal, kept apart from any disciplinary procedure. It addresses receiving and handling a concern about harassment or offensive behaviour, the confidentiality of guest and colleague data, and the care of staff areas. It closes with a colleague's departure, from resignation to the last day. Each topic is applied in line with local law, the collective agreement and the hotel's HR policy.
The outcome
Colleagues know their shifts well ahead, receive recognition based on specific facts, and work in a respectful environment where guest and colleague information stays confidential. A colleague who leaves is thanked and leaves a written handover.
