Where students meet the people who run the industry.
Giovani Talenti dell'Ospitalità is a non-profit conference founded by DolceVita Hospitality. It brings directors general, chief executives and public officials into the same room as the students choosing their profession. Free to attend, and open to hotel schools across Italy.
Why it exists
Hospitality rewards the people who understand it early. GTO gives students the full picture of the profession — the craft, the mobility, the careers open to them across the world — from the people who lead it, with the floor open for their own questions.

In the schools
Alongside the conference, DolceVita runs introduction-to-hospitality sessions inside Italian hotel schools — the profession explained by the people who practise it, to students at the point of choosing. These are classroom sessions, given as education for the next generation.
