From €275 per person. DolceVita works with one person at a time, at the property during service or online, on the situations that person meets on their own shift. To train the whole team at once there is also the DolceVita Online Academy: twelve months of access to the library for the whole hotel. It’s €1,250 a year for up to 25 people, €2,500 for up to 75 and €5,000 for up to 150. Everyone gets their own access, and the masterclasses they watch stay theirs even if they move hotel one day. The market assessment costs €499 and takes five working days. The preliminary feasibility study and the full study are quoted per project.
