Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made on dolcevitahospitality.com. For services to hotels (training inside the hotel, feasibility studies) the signed offer comes first: these terms apply to whatever the offer does not cover.

Who sells

DolceVita Hospitality S.R.L., Via Larga 8, 20122 Milan (MI), Italy. Tax code and VAT number 04013770138, REA MI‑2748523, share capital €10,000 fully paid. Email info@dolcevitahospitality.com, certified email gtosrl@ultracert.it.

What you can buy on the site

• The masterclasses, one at a time or as the complete collection.
• Career Mentoring: the first session, or a five-session path.
• The annual plans of the DolceVita Online Academy, for hotels.

The masterclasses are training courses that are not legally recognised: they do not award academic titles or official qualifications.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are those shown on the site at the time of purchase. For private buyers the price shown is the final price, VAT included.

You pay online with Stripe, by card or with the other methods Stripe offers. After payment you receive a confirmation by email. For an invoice, send us your tax details.

The masterclasses

After payment you receive by email the link to the masterclass on Udemy, where you follow it with your own Udemy account. Access stays yours over time, under Udemy’s terms. At the end you receive the certificate of completion issued by Udemy; on request, one from DolceVita Hospitality too.

Career Mentoring

Sessions take place online, by video call, in English or Italian. After payment you receive by email the times to choose from.

You can move a session if you ask at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the request arrives later, or if you do not attend, the session counts as held.

Career Mentoring is not a placement service: it does not promise a job, a promotion or an offer.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, that is for yourself and not for a business, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason: just write to info@dolcevitahospitality.com or to our certified email. We refund you within 14 days, using the same means you paid with. The law sets two limits:

• Masterclasses. They are digital content. If at purchase you ask to receive access straight away and confirm you know you lose the right of withdrawal by doing so, once you have received the link withdrawal no longer applies (Art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code).
• Career Mentoring. If you ask to hold a session within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the sessions already held and we refund the rest. If all the sessions you bought have been held, withdrawal no longer applies (Articles 57 and 59(a) of the Italian Consumer Code).

For buyers acting as a business or a professional, the law provides no right of withdrawal: the offer and these terms apply.

Guarantee

Consumers have the guarantees set by the Italian Consumer Code for digital content and services. If something does not work, write to us: we will put it right and, where the law provides, refund you.

Use of the materials

The masterclasses and the materials you receive are for your personal use: they may not be copied, resold or shared.

Law and jurisdiction

Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the place where they live has jurisdiction; for everyone else, the courts of Milan.

Complaints and languages

For a complaint write to info@dolcevitahospitality.com or to gtosrl@ultracert.it: we reply within one business day. These terms are published in Italian, English and Arabic: where they differ, the Italian text prevails.
