The DolceVita Method

People guests never forget. A brand no one can replace.

In every hotel of the group and in every country, guests find the same care and the team works in the same spirit. It is your culture, lived every day, on every shift.

The results

One group, one way of welcoming.

Guests remember a person.

“The one who made me feel at home.” And at the next hotel in the group they find the same attention, with a different name on the badge.

People who join the group stay and grow.

New hires find a team that cares, and soon understand why every detail matters. The hotel becomes their place, not just their job.

Managers grow their people.

With stable teams, what is taught once stays, and managers’ time goes into growing the team.

Every department tells the same story.

Front office, housekeeping and F&B move to one rhythm, and the guest lives a single stay from arrival to departure.

Whoever is on shift takes the lead.

When something goes wrong, they fix it before the guest has to ask, because the outcome matters to them.

A culture that carries itself.

Everyone protects it because they believe in it, and it stays the same when the person leading the hotel changes.

Who it is for

The Method begins where three things are in place.

Hotels that aim for excellence

A group that wants to be remembered for how it makes guests feel.

Managers who believe in people

Leaders ready to grow their people and their internal culture, before the numbers.

Guest-facing teams

People who work with guests every day and want to grow.

How you get there

From the managers to every shift, in every hotel.

01

DolceVita trains managers and in-house trainers

The tools, words and drills of the twenty standards, until they can teach them.

02

The Method enters every shift

Before the shift, during service and at the end: briefings, in-the-moment corrections and debriefs follow the Method, whoever is on duty.

03

Every new arrival enters the Method

In-house trainers teach it to every newcomer from the first day, in every hotel of the group. The culture stays independent of who was there before.

Questions

Before you begin.

What is the DolceVita Method?

Twenty standards for a hotel’s culture, in three families: how people carry themselves on service, the relationship with the guest, and leading the shift. Each standard has a tool for one precise moment of the shift, the words to say, a drill in pairs, and the part for whoever leads the shift.

Who trains the people?

DolceVita trains the managers and in-house trainers of each hotel. They then bring the Method to the team, department by department, inside the hotel and on its hours. That way the Method stays within the group.

How can the standards be read?

Further up this page there is a preview of each one. The full text is sent on request.
