Luxury Guest Experience Design

The guest experience, designed
and translated into international hospitality standards.

For operating hotels, new openings, country estates and historic residences: we define the guest journey and the moments that make the property recognisable.

Who it is for

Three starting points, one recognisable experience.

An operating hotel

A repositioning or a step up in level: the experience is aligned with the price and the identity the owners want to convey.

A new opening

The concept becomes a guest journey and a set of standards before opening, alongside pre-opening.

A country estate or historic residence

The land, its produce and the history of the house become the signature moments of a destination.

What the owners receive

Two areas of work, one experience.

Luxury Experience Design

The property’s positioning translated into a distinctive, recognisable experience, consistent with the brand’s identity at every moment of the stay.

  • Guest Journey Architecture

We design the guest journey from booking to after the stay, with every interaction defined and consistent with the positioning.

  • Experience Curation

Rituals, sensory details and unexpected moments that make the experience authentic and recognisable.

  • Brand Alignment

Behaviours, communication and service culture aligned with the brand’s identity, so that every team member conveys it with ease, confidence and autonomy.

Quality Assurance

A continuous, measurable quality system that turns standards into daily behaviours and guest satisfaction indicators.

  • Standards Design

Operating procedures written for the property, consistent with international luxury hospitality benchmarks.

  • Mystery Audits & Benchmarking

Mystery audits and comparison with the competitive set, translated into operating priorities and areas for improvement.

  • Performance Loops

Quality dashboards and online reputation management, to measure progress and direct action on guest satisfaction.

What it costs

Quoted after the first analysis.

The price depends on the size of the property, its starting point and the scope of the mandate. It starts with the free first analysis: an hour on the property, after which you receive a written proposal.

Questions

Before the first analysis.

How is it different from pre‑opening?

Pre-opening organises the whole opening: business plan, team, systems and sales. Luxury Guest Experience Design designs the guest experience and its standards; in a new opening the two work together.

Is it suited to a smaller property?

Yes: country estates and historic residences are among the properties we design it for, and the work is scaled to the size of the property and its staff.

Are the standards written for the property?

Yes: they are written for it, starting from the DolceVita procedure library and the DolceVita Method, and adapted to its positioning and its team.

Where do you work?

Worldwide, in English, Italian and Arabic.
