The Guest Room: Cleaning and Servicing to One Standard
Entering the room, care of the guest's belongings, the bathroom, the bed, the bedroom, replenishment and the final check before leaving.
- Price
- From €275 per person
- Duration
- Agreed with the hotel
The programme works on servicing the guest room, from entering to closing the door. It covers how every department enters the room, the same way each time, and cleaning around the guest's belongings so that nothing looks moved. It covers the bathroom, cleaned in a fixed order from top to bottom, and the bed, made the same way at every service. It includes the bedroom, dusted in one circuit, with glass, upholstery, balcony and floors. It closes with the minibar, guest amenities and the final check before leaving the room.
The outcome
Every room is cleaned and serviced in the same order by every room attendant, and the guest finds it clean on close inspection, with their belongings where they left them. The minibar is charged only for what was used.
