Guest Arrival: From the Car to the Room
The welcome at the entrance, valet parking, check-in, early arrivals, the escort to the room, keys and group arrivals.
- Price
- From €275 per person
- Duration
- Agreed with the hotel
The programme works on the guest's arrival, from the moment the car stops to the door of the room. It covers the welcome at the entrance, counting and tagging luggage, valet parking, check-in prepared in advance, managing the queue and keeping the room number private. It also covers the guest who arrives before the room is ready, the escort to the room, issuing keys after check-in, and group arrivals in a dedicated area.
The outcome
From the car to the room, the guest is greeted by name, hands over the luggage once and signs a registration already prepared at the desk: the arrival is quick and personal, including when a group arrives.
