Event Sales: From Enquiry to Final Bill
The event enquiry, the proposal, the option on the space, the final bill and the review with the client and the team.
- Price
- From €275 per person
- Duration
- Agreed with the hotel
The programme works on the sales and administrative side of an event, before and after the service in the room. It covers the reply to the enquiry, with questions about the occasion before the price, the option on the space and the invitation to a site visit. Then the proposal: two menus, the room layout, and prices and terms written plainly for a private client or a company. The bill is built from the signed function sheet and the extras the organiser signed during the event. The programme closes with the thank-you call, the team debrief and the lessons written in the event file.
The outcome
The client receives a prompt, personal reply, a proposal they can sign and a bill in which they recognise every line. Each event closes with the client's view written in their own words and the lessons for the next one.
