The programme works on the services the concierge arranges around the guest's journey. It covers the airport transfer, booked by flight number and followed until arrival, and the service on board hotel and partner cars. It covers the selection and briefing of drivers, guides and boat crews, with the safety instructions given to the guest. It includes luggage storage, bags lost by the airline, parcels arriving and shipped, online check-in and travel documents. It closes with calling a doctor and with third-party payments made on the guest's behalf.
The outcome
The guest finds a driver waiting at the airport with their name, leaves on time with the boarding pass ready, and gets luggage and parcels back intact. Every outside partner works to the hotel's rules, and every expense paid for the guest appears on the bill as agreed, with its receipt.

Course Objectives
By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:
- Book a transfer by flight number and follow the flight until landing
- Offer the hotel's welcome on board the car
- Select and brief outside partners, with safety instructions for the guest
- Store luggage and parcels and return them only to their owner
- Assist the guest when an airline loses a bag
- Handle online check-in, boarding passes and documents discreetly
- Recognise the signs of an emergency and call the right medical help
- Agree, pay and post every expense made for the guest, with its receipt

Unit 01
The airport transfer
- Booking by flight number
- Tracking the flight and updating the driver on every change
- Meeting in arrivals with a printed name sign
- The departure time worked back from the flight
Unit 02
In the car and with partners
- The car prepared before every ride
- Water, temperature and music chosen by the guest
- Selecting partners and the written rules
- Safety instructions for boat, mountain and bike outings
Unit 03
Luggage and parcels
- Storing bags with a numbered stub
- Returning bags only against the stub and the name
- Incoming parcels: checked, logged and the guest told
- Shipments with customs papers and tracking
Unit 04
Flights, documents and lost bags
- Online check-in as soon as it opens
- Boarding passes in a sealed envelope or to the profile address
- Passports and personal data, with no copies kept
- The lost bag: the report, essentials in the room and daily updates

Medical help and payments
- The signs of an emergency and the emergency number
