Bar and Lounge Service

Welcoming guests at the bar, recommending cocktails and table service in the lounge.

Price
From €275 per person
Duration
Agreed with the hotel
Introduction

A hotel bar depends on welcome and advice: the guest sits down, asks what to drink and decides within a few minutes whether to come back the following evening. The programme covers the whole service, from opening the bar to the bill: the welcome at the counter and at the table, recommending cocktails and low and no alcohol alternatives, responsible service, bottle service and closing. The work takes place during the shift, one person at a time.

The outcome

The bar becomes a place where the guest feels recognised: an immediate welcome, a cocktail recommended to their taste, table service at the right pace. Guests return to the bar during their stay, and the bar also draws outside customers.
