Events and Banqueting
Service for banquets, weddings, receptions and conferences, from the briefing to resetting the room.
- Price
- From €275 per person
- Duration
- Agreed with the hotel
At a banquet, service is judged as a whole: a hundred guests served at the same moment, to the same standard, without the client having to step in. The programme prepares the events team to work from the banquet event order: setting up the room, running the briefing, serving a standing reception and a seated dinner, following a wedding or a conference, and resetting the room. The work takes place during the hotel's real events, one person at a time.
The outcome
Every event follows the banquet event order: the room set up on time, a clear briefing, service synchronised across the tables. The event client receives the standard they paid for, and returns for their next event.
