How do you run a NEOM engagement from Milan?
We lead the work from our Milan base and travel for the milestones where presence matters: stakeholder meetings, site context, operator negotiations. NEOM work is decision- and document-heavy by nature, so most of it runs through structured live sessions and deliverables with fixed dates. One senior consultant runs the mandate from the first call to the last.
Can you assess the feasibility of a NEOM hospitality investment?
Yes. The feasibility study, from €7,500, stress-tests a NEOM position: demand assumptions, phasing risk, the competitive set as it will exist at opening rather than as marketed today, and the operator landscape.
