Santi Roggio has dedicated over two decades to the hospitality industry, where he has built a reputation for excellence in guest services and concierge management. Santi serves as Managing Associate and Luxury Customer Service Expert Consultant at DolceVita and as the Head Concierge at Grand Hotel Timeo, A Belmond Hotel, where he leads with a focus on customer service, emotional intelligence, leadership, and problem-solving. Santi has managed TOP-VIP guests such as Donald Trump, Angela Merkel, Prince Sébastien of Luxembourg, Sharon Stone, LeBron James, Jamie Dimon, Lionel Messi, and many others. Santi also contributes as a trainer for luxury concierge and customer experience with Hospitality Masterclass and the Italian Luxury Hospitality Academy, and holds a leadership role as President of Le Chiavi D'Oro FAIPA Trinacria. Additionally, he works as an Education Mentor at the Italian Ministry of Education.
