He served as the Director of Retail & Administration Deputy GM at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Tokyo and Osaka for a decade, where he was instrumental in managing retail and administrative operations, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing the guest experience.

Previously, Massimo played a key role in the pre-opening phase of Park Hyatt Milano as the Purchasing Manager, overseeing procurement processes and establishing supplier networks to ensure the hotel's successful launch and operational excellence.
